WorkflowHunter ("I," "me," "my") provides workflow automation consulting services to small businesses. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and your choices, including regarding SMS text messages.

Information I Collect

I collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, and any message you send through my website's contact form or during a phone call. If you interact with an automated text-back system I operate (for my own business or on behalf of a client), I collect your phone number, the time of your call or message, and message content.

How I Use Information

To respond to inquiries and schedule diagnosis calls
To send follow-up text messages when a call goes unanswered
To provide and improve the services I offer
To maintain records for business and compliance purposes

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By calling a business phone number I operate and having that call go unanswered, you may receive an automated text message acknowledging your call. If you reply to that message, for example to schedule a callback or request more information, you may receive one or more additional texts directly related to fulfilling that specific request. These messages are tied to your own inquiry, not general marketing.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact jake@workflowhunter.com.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Information Sharing

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share your information with third parties except as needed to operate the service itself (for example, my SMS provider, Twilio, which transmits the messages), or as required by law.

Data Retention

I retain contact and message data only as long as needed to provide the service and maintain reasonable business records, generally no longer than 90 days for automated system logs unless a longer period is needed for an active client engagement.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting jake@workflowhunter.com.

Analytics

This website may use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. This collects general, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited and approximate location.

I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
