Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the WorkflowHunter website and general communications with WorkflowHunter (Jake Hunter, operating as a sole proprietor in Denver, Colorado). They do not replace a signed services agreement for any paid engagement, which governs the specific terms of that work.
Description of Services
WorkflowHunter provides workflow automation consulting and custom software services to small businesses. Initial diagnosis calls booked through this site are free and non-binding.
No Guarantee of Results
While I aim to build reliable, well-tested systems, I do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or a specific business outcome. Any performance expectations for a specific engagement are set out in that engagement's separate services agreement.
Communications and SMS
If you contact WorkflowHunter by phone, you may receive an automated text reply if your call goes unanswered. See the Privacy Policy for full SMS terms, including opt-out instructions.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website (text, design, and code) belongs to WorkflowHunter unless otherwise noted. Custom systems built for a specific client under a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's own agreement regarding ownership.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WorkflowHunter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or general communications. Liability terms for paid client engagements are set out separately in each client's services agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
